Our Policies ....

1. Shipping. On line orders usually ship within 1 - 3 business days. All products will be shipped by UPS Ground unless prior arrangements are made with the customer.

2. Price Changes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are set for individual products, as well as, for quantity purchases. Additionally, prices may be negotiable for large bulk orders.

3. Tax.   5% for residents in the state of MD.

4. Terms of Payment.

Mr-Smell Good, LLC prefers full payment through PayPal, however, we will accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. Payment by way of Money Order, Cashiers Check, or other secure funds will result in shipment immediately upon receipt. Note that Personal Check orders are held for five (5) business days for the check to clear.

Returned Checks. Any checks returned unpaid by your bank for any reason will be assessed a handling fee of $40.00 PLEASE MAKE NOTE:Mr-Smell Good, LLC WILL file charges for returned unpaid checks that are not paid within 7 days or being returned including the $40.00 fee. Please keep in mind it is a Federal offense to obtain goods by fraudulent means (worthless check) across state lines including by wire (Internet).

7. Return Policy.  Returns and refunds are offered only within 24 hours of receipt of items/ products. Customer must submit e-mail immediately if there is a problem. Mr-Smell Good, LLC will submit refunds in full once items/ products are successfully returned, and the items/ products are received in the same condition as originally shipped. Refunds are given on merchandise only, and do not include shipping fees. Mr-Smell Good, LLC offers a refund on shipping fees only if Mr-Smell Good, LLC clearly makes an error in the listing description.

8. Damages.  If your items/ products arrive to you damaged, you must save the damaged item/ product so they may be inspected by the shipping company. Also, notify Mr-Smell Good, LLC and we will assist in the getting the claim for the shipping filed. Mr-Smell Good, LLC ships all items/ products insured to protect us both. However, a claim can not be filed unless you save the delivery box that the items/ products were shipped in and the damaged actual items/ products. Failure to do so may result in the items not being replaced.

9. Cautions.  Please wash hands thoroughly after handling Mr-Smell Good, LLC air fresheners. Keep Mr-Smell Good, LLC air fresheners out of the reach of children. Mr-Smell Good, LLC are not for consumption, not for use in food or drink.
